Sheridan maintains a strong interest in continuous education, to ensure a high standard of care is continually provided to all her patients.

Sheridan is a Dental Therapist with Extended Scope of Practice, she has anAdvanced Diploma in Dental Therapy, Post Graduate Certificate Advance Clinical Scope, a Business Degree,and currently studying Masters in Clinical Medicine – Clinical Leadership. Sheridan has developed a breadth of experience in public and private practice, in rural and remote regions of Queensland and Victoria, this has allowed her to develop her technical skillset as well as her interpersonal communication skills with a variety of clients. Sheridan has a diverse scope of practice in Oral Health, she is highly committed to applying her skills in dentistry to help people achieve their dental needs. She has a strong focus on patient education, ensuring that patients are empowered with the tools and knowledge to implement and maintain a high level of home care between appointments to assist in achieving their dental goals. Sheridan understands that dental appointments can make patients anxious and therefore has a blend of compassion, warmth, a friendly approach to treating her patients which puts anxiety at ease. This has been enhanced by working closely with vulnerable community groups during her career. Sheridan maintains a strong interest in continuous education, to ensure a high standard of care is continually provided to all her patients. Sheridan’s most recent rewarding highlight in her career as been participating in mentoring and teaching program with graduating dentist and OHT. Outside of work Sheridan enjoys restoring old furniture, broadening her wine palate and surfing weather permitting.
